How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are based on the shipping courier you select at checkout as well as the states and/or country you're located in


How long before I can receive my order?

Shipping & Handling is processed within 24-72 business hours after your payment is processed. Please expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after your payment is processed and depending on the shipping courier you select at checkout.


How can I check the status of my order?

You will automatically receive a tracking number via your telephone number or  email address you provided during your checkout. You can either go to the courier website to tracking your package with the tracking number or you can go directly to our website and click on  “track your order” to check the status


What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal etc


My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, at support@rebelplushboutique.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?
Please contact support@rebelplushboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the wrong address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Rebel Plush Boutique will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, however, we do have a 7-days EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We offer exchange on items that have not been worn, washed, or have their tags remove. To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused) with tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Items returned for exchange with visible use, makeup, pet hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be rejected and shipped back to you.

To request an exchange, please send an email to support@rebelplushboutique.com as soon as you decide that an exchange is needed. If you email us after 7 days, your exchange request will not be granted.
