REFUND POLICY
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS; STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS.
We understand that sizes differs and may fit differently upon arrival. If your item/s doesn't fit, please send it back to us as soon as possible so you can receive your store credit to order your correct size as our sizes doesn't last.
We will gladly accept your return for an exchange within 14 days after your items have been delivered. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and return item/s to us. We offer exchange on items that have not been worn, washed, or have their tags remove. To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused) with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR OFFER EXCHANGE ON BODYSUITS OR CLOTHING WITH AN UNDERGARMENT ATTACHED
WHITE PRODUCT/S
Items returned for exchange with visible use, makeup, pet hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be rejected and shipped back to you.
To request an exchange, please send an email to support@rebelplushboutique.com as soon as you decide that an exchange is needed. If you email us after 14 days, your exchange request will not be granted.
RETURNS
We do not offer shipping labels. Customers are responsible to ship the item/s back to us if an exchange is requested as well as you are responsible to pay to get the exchanged items re-ship to you.
DAMAGES
ALL PRODUCTS ARE TRIPLE CHECKED AND PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE SHIPPING OUT.
We carefully check every piece of item before shipping out so damage products are highly unlikely. Any claims of damaged products will be checked thoroughly for wear and tear. If the product/s are not in it's original condition as when it was shipped out, a store credit will not be issued
Clearance items are non-returnable. Bodysuits are non-returnable due to the nature of the item. Items purchased on promotion or with a coupon code are non-returnable.
